These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications and associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Service.1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the mobile application. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You will not:
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Service or other users’ use of the Service.6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, application name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of BIZAPPBIZ and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.7. Subscription and Fees
The Mobile App Development is totally free and valued at $2200 but some parts and add-ons of the Service may require a subscription or payment of fees. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.8. In-App Purchases
The Service may include virtual goods or services that you can purchase within the app (“In-App Purchases”). These In-App Purchases may be governed by additional terms and conditions which will be presented at the time of purchase.9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIZAPPBIZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content; and (vi) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BIZAPPBIZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
